Hello,
i work with a company of 4000 employees. I have to streamline the training report of every employee who attends a training program on a monthly basis.
i have heard of a good tool called TRaning Report Card. i have no clue how this works though!! :confused:
Could some one please help in understanding how this works. it would also help if you did have a template to share.
If there is any other way to monitor training attendance and reporting, I AM ALL EARS!!!:)

I would be interested to hear about this too. Out here the trainers update the database and key in most of the relevant information and since incentives are linked to these there is no backlog.

Dear Priyanka,
Most of the HRIS softwares have built in training related softwares too. First check what software your HR uses and do they have facility to store training-related information. It should suffice your need.
Otherwise simple method is to make report on MS Access.
