Can anyone plz help me with a mini thesis on hr?
Actually i'm doing my bba major in hrm.
i'm in a final semester,doing my internship program n at d end of this semester, i have to present a mini thesis.
in this company that i doing my practical,there are a lot of training provided..
i have an idea to do a research about :
- role of training and development in organization that lead to better performance
- Talent management : how firms find and nurture value adding human resource
- ethics relates to the employee in the company.Ex: runout from duty
- The link between education and workforce.
can anyone plz give any comment about the idea that i have wrote or provide me any idea on any topic in hr.

You are on the right lines. Find out from the company which of the areas is more critical for them or ask them to rank the above in the order of their preference or any other topic that will benefit them. Then do some literature search. Please see my posts on projects and Research Methodology.
