Hi,

What is an Assessment Centre? How does the process work?

What are the assessors looking for?

What exercises are included in the centre?

What happens next?

Behavioural patterns are judged in the Assessment Centre.

Team work is looked for – how effectively have you put in the inputs across to your peers. Assessment Centres are used to quantify one’s weakness, strengths, behaviour.

Do the people meet the objectives, note the various abilities or skills for the nature of the job. Are they suited for the post? Right man for the right job. Ultimate goal is the career development plan.
