Sales:
Medical Rep - ABM - RBM - ZBM - SBU Head - Director Sales

Marketing:
Product Executive - Product Manager - Group Product Manager - Marketing Manager - SBU Head - Director Sales

Distribution:
Distribution Executive - Distribution Manager - SBU Head - Director Sales

HR:
HR Executive - HR Manager - DGM HR

Finance:
Executive - Manager - DGM Finance - Director Finance

Dear All,

I am supposed to prepare an organization chart for a Pharmaceutical Company which includes Production, Purchase, Sales & Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, Safety, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, HR, IT, Stores, Finance & Accounts, R&D, Supply Chain, Production Planning & Control, and Regulatory Affairs Department. The organogram should clearly show reporting relationships. Under each department, the number of employees with their designations and job descriptions should also be included.
