Dear All,

U read this one and always keep smiling.

A man hated his wife's cat and he decided to get rid of it. He

drove 20 blocks away from home and dropped the cat there.

The cat was already walking up the driveway when he approached his

home. The next day, he decided to drop the cat 40 blocks away but

the same thing happened.

He kept increasing the number of blocks but the cat kept coming

home before him. At last he decided to drive a few miles away, turn

right, then left, past the bridge, then right again and another

right and so on until he reached what he thought was a perfect spot

and dropped the cat there.

Hour later.... The man calls his wife at home and asked her, "Jen

is the cat there?"

"Yes, why do you ask?" answered the wife.

Frustrated the man said," Put that damn cat on the phone, I am lost

and I need directions!!!

Moral: How much ever we dislike somebody, someday we will need

their assistance.

So never worry how many people dislike you. They will need you

someday anyway.

Gauri

nice story yaar,
laughed while reading, but the moral is worth for everyone to keep in mind.
IN another post archana was talking about emphathizing, i guess the story continues to support that kind of behaviour.
keep posting the same

Dear Gauri,
Thanks for bring such story to the forum.
In our working, some time, we are in such function or roles, where we need to deal on matters the outcome of which people not like, and this at time resulting to people don't like you as well.
As there is another saying that the person who bring bad news is the first person who is bad, next is the news which is actually bad.
People in functions like HR, ADmn and Finance are best example and should not be worried, even if they are not liked by others, b'cuse they need them at some or the otehr time.
THanks again
Pankaj

Hello,
That was nice message.
I have experienced the same thing lots of time in my life. However I am not like a man who tried to keep the cat away from him. But in life if you don't like someone, he really tells you a lot or teaches you the new ways to accept the situations.
