My name is aditya and for my summer training project which is identifying different HR practices(traditional+emerging) followed in different industries(focussing mainly on manufacturing,services industry),and giving recommendations for my company which itself is India's leading auto components manufacturing concern.I need information regarding the practices under different functions of HR(recruitment,selection,compensation,T&D ......etc) and how different companies in a particular industry have successfully implemented them . though i did managed to find some info online,bt then it wsnt enough.
