Hi,
i am a compliance manager .i need india labor rules and regulations for the garment sector .
anybody can help me on this . all basic information regarding minimum wages and overtime calculation and labor compensation packages . if we remove employee or if employee resign what kind of compensation they will get .
if anyone can provide complete details
i would be thankful to them

Hi, You have to pay the wages as prescribed by the labour dpt. Overtime calculation should be calculated by hourly on the basic wages. Reena
