Instead of relying on surety, follow guidelines laid out under ISO 27001 relating to exhaustive pre-employment checks, workplace surveillance, and NDAs for post-employment, etc. What is the purpose of surety? Are you handing over valuable assets and not comfortable with newcomers? Make the pre-employment check really exhaustive: check all the gaps, major milestones, physical visits, etc. Hire a professional to do it.
