Hi muslimfaisal ...
Nice to have you on board.
With your experience you wold be indeed a valuable asset to the forum if you choose to contribute regularly adn voraciously.
Hope to see a lot of your experience helping us on the forum.
Maybe you could raise some specific topics close to your heart in ths foruma dn we could take a discussion forward on them ....
You and other experienced members could share your experiences and ground realities whereas we un-experienced members could put in our free flow ideas .....

Hi Vishal
This is no forum to discuss Religion, But as the matter has come up...
I am as proud to be Indian as I am proud to be muslim...
So if my ID could be ajmalindian then why not ajmalmuslim
I don't think that any of this Ids will diminish the loyalty to the nation or the religion....
And if the HR of a company will not take me because i am an Indian or if I am muslim, I better not work in that company... then hide / or underproject my identity.
Sorry again to discuss this matter on the HR forum... I know that this is not a right place... but as the matter came up... I could do nothing ....but ..... respond...
