Hi friends, I am doing my MBA final semester project in "Recrutiment process that is carried out in various industries" such as manufactuing and Service sector companies.Can anybody tell me the recruitment process that is normally follwed in manufactuing companies. Will there be any difference between the recruitment process follwed in Service sector and manufacturing companies.... Kindly guide me Regards Madhu
I am amazed that an MBA student poses questions on CiteHR, which are not focussed enough to give a reply. When you are considering the recruitment process should you not be considering the type of job/level of the job in question. Not being a HR specialist, my gut feeling is that it will.
