what is board level positions and what is CXO level and midlevel positions?

Dear Concerned,
Board level position means positions such as CEO, MD etc. It is the highest level of hierarchy in any organizations.
CXO level is again a very high level in hierarchy just below the board level. This will include CEOs( in some cases they may also be board members), chief of respective departments such as mkt., fin, operations etc., Country head and the similar professionals. It is also known as C level postions. It is not covered under middle level but high level managment. The guys in middile level management normally reports to C level managers.
Middle level management covers positions such as area head, regional head, project in charge etc.
