I have one project for which i require questionnaire for employee satisfaction with their job on social & economical ground . kindly help me with the same.

Hello Vijay,
Thanks for posting the questionnaire. Is this something that your company uses?
From an academic's point of view the questionnaire is too simplistic and would not meet the objectives of a project report, as the most of the questions other than pen-ended ones are dichotomous (i.e. require Yes or No responses) and cannot be subjected to statistical analysis.
I would welcome views opposite to mine, to help generate a debate, which could be of use to students.

Thank you Mr. Vijay for the questionaire. I do agree with Mr. Simhan, there should have statistical response. Only with yes or no we cannot reach to the analysis.
