Can any one pls tell me about the firm or consultant where i can join and learn about whole Statutory Compliance process.As no co. is reday to take fresher.

you can learn the very much by particle knowledge.
So, try to work with some one, Who is having excellent knowledge in Statutory Compliance, So, you can learn more things from him/ her.
You can refer the varies book & most important is you can join any Consultancy, Which is provide the Statutory compliance & Labour Laws services to their client. I think its a good option, where you can learn as well as earn also. & your experience will also count is same filed.
For the proper knowledge about the same, you can do the any bachelor/master degree in Law or attain any seminar or training related to the same.
