Had a bit of a laugh today when I came across this website. However, the purpose of the site is quite serious.
I have read on this site (and have written about) the impact of poor management and leadership on staff in an organisation. www.badbossology.com • Index page has a load of resources, tools and stories about nightmare bosses and what they get up to. Worth a look if you get the chance. (No, it's not my site, and I don't have any connection to it!) :lol:
They have a service where you register for free and then you can anonymously have "educational" material sent to your manager. I'm thinking of a few managers who might benefit!
