My resignation date with my previous company 09.04.2008 and joined new company on 10.04.2008 though I have not a confirmed employee with my previous company, they have given me relieving certificate with the date 09.04.2008.
My present company submited form - 5 with EPF department as my date of Joining on 10.04.2008, where as my previous company submitted Date of Leaving about my self on 16.04.2008 as per Final settelment, now overlapping dates are appearing. How should my PF get Transfer or withdraw...
Pls suggest Me....
