First of all u have to atracrive dressing sense (decency or formal) , smart communication when u r giving any trainning so you yourself feel fresh , enthusiastic and most important point out the major point ,express or discuss with very smart way and ur spectators / viewer should not feel boaring when they attaiding your training. Keep asking the question related what you have thoght..:):icon10:

At the beginning of the session, get the expectation of the group from the training programme.
And u also need to align your communication according to that. Create games, debates, activities relating to the training so that the crowd does not get bored of listening.:)

As a trainer its very important to remain enthisiastic and energetic throughout the session. Making the audience participate thru some simple and powerful activities will always help. As Mr Suman rightly pointed out its important to get them more engaged.
The trainining methodology should be more informative and interesting.

- introduction shud b short.nvr begin with a humorous story or apology
- start with relating human interestin storyor shocking facts or arouse curiosity or striking quotation based on the proceeding session
- or start by referring to smetn tht just happened or smetn jus been said
- let the participants to talk about them and relate them
- session shoud not be vry formal..shud be casual like conversations n interactive
- sprinkle ur talks with phrases that create pictureswith word that set images floating b4 their eyes,stories etc
