Dear Mr. Nair,

This is a very nice presentation & hope you got many response regarding the same.

Moreover, I would like to bring your kind notice that many organisations are implementing the Balanced Scorecard in their org. & according to that they set the KRAs of the individuals. Yes, I agree most of the organisations are following the same system. I gone throu your ppt files, I found that the some of the points you have incorporated from the BSC model but still it needs some extra inputs in to the presnt like Financial, Internal & Extenl Customer, Customer Perspective, Learning & Growth. In continuing the same, you can divide the Appraisal form into two part, one of the part would be where the appraise will decide the jobs which is more critical and accrodingl to the priority then give points accordingly. In the second part like Learning & Growth, Internal & External Customer, the managment will give points in the forms 10 for each parameters. which is 20 points & rest of the points will be marked by the appraisee.

Mr. Nair, the above is for your information pls.

Best regards,

Gyan

Dear Satish,
Thanks for the ppt and Excel files. You have done very good research for obtaining the information. A list of references of the sources used for gathering the info would have been very useful
Some of the slides have too much information. Looks as though you have cut and pasted your lecture notes.
Have a nice day.
