I have recently joined this group in search of contents of Compensation Policy. At present we have already established Leave, LFA, Performance Management, Separation policies etc but do not have a separate compensation policy.
Can some expert share his/her expertise on what should be included in the Compensation policy and also if possible to share some document or reference for study.
