Can anyone suggest me regarding this doubt... An employee getting more than Rs 6500/- is exempted employee under the PF act, but an employee getting per day Rs.300/- is he exempted under the act?

As per The EPF & M P Act 1952 employees whose Basic salary is more than Rs. 6500/- then employer can give contribution Of PF for that employees on Rs. 6500/- only even his Basic salary is more than Rs. 6500.

Yes, employee salary Rs. 300.00 per day will be calculated for monthly (300 into 26 days in a month).

Rs. 7800.00 is the exempted wage/salary for PF contributions.

Collect Form No. 11, confirm the employee was an excluded employee before appointing at a covered establishment.

The employee was previously covered under the EPF. Continued should be paid for Rs. 6500 per month.
