Hi, I would like to know how to find whether employees is planning for a change.

Change is most cases is to go for a Brand Name.
1. Company
2. Salary
3. Overseas opportunity
4. Enhancement of Knowledge
The above will make a person to hunt for a job.
Those working for a Branded companies will also quit if responsibility is like
1. Heading the Division
2. Higher pay (They pay bcos of heading the division)
3. Flexibility : When u r the head u frame the rules.
Hence its tough to find out when exactly one will switchover. But if you are aware that the employee is skilled and is stressed for low pay and when you are also aware that the Markerket for that field is in Boom , then he is really going to change.
Yes most of the time we as H.R are not able to read the mind of others.
