Any skill can be mastered through careful practice and feedback, which helps you correct mistakes. The same goes for reading English, writing English, and speaking English.

If you want to become a good conversationalist in English, practice talking with someone who will listen to you and then provide feedback on your mistakes. When looking for a training program, inquire about the amount of live practice you will receive.
