It has been noticed while on training that some of the h/k staff s are does not have basic education,
[do not know how to read and write the local language even]
eg..... ABC PROPERTY and EFG PROPERTY we have some attendant do not know how to read and write and their age
GHI PROPERTY we have one lady attend who is not fit for the work [fat lady]
all they are newly recruited
Here after I am requesting all h o d ;s to properly screen and select the best for h/k and before hiring get the final approval from me [even though they are outsourcing]
and also I am requesting you all to send a monthly report to
me
