Hi all would someone tell me that how could i get information on CTC/ TH ratio in various IT corporates (Embedded) in delhi/gurgaon, since such info is highly confidential. Thanks jyoti

CTC- cost to company consists of all annual ( basic, hra, Lta, Pa, Da, Pf, ESI ( If applicable ), performance pay & incentives etc.,
TH - Take Home consists of your actual take home after deductions
For Ex: your ctc may be 1.20 lacs.
that means monthly 10,000.
but there is a deduction of LTA (%)which is settled at end of the financial year.
In the same manner PF, savings , ESI, deductions on Loans & etc.,
If I am wrong please correct me
