Hi, I am a management student currently in my 4th semester. I am working on a project where I need to find information on what psychometric tests are being used in companies for "hiring" and how effective they are as a tool in hiring. In the initial stage of my project, I need to go through secondary data on this subject. I want to know if anybody can suggest some reading material, books, magazines, or journals that are relevant to this subject.

I also need to know which psychometric test is widely used for hiring. There are many options, but I have to limit my project to only one or two tests, so I need to select the best one.
