A. Cost & Manpower.
B. On the spot valuation of Contents.
C. Feedback executed.
Centralized Training Do Have Following disadvantages-
A. No proper one-to-one feedback's.
B. Trainers quires not executed properly.
C. No involvement of participants.
D. Implementation of Training Programs not guaranteed.
E. Non-Valuation of Training Contents.
Remember When Quality is more than Quantity or vice-versa, then never accept miracles.
