I have develop the Employee Recognition system for my orgnisation. The idea was to encourage such behaviour in employees which are beyond the defined roles/job description.
I would like you all to help me improve this system.

Good piece of work. Just make sure the competition element that you are trying to instill is "healthy competition" and regularly monitored to avoid adverse effects.
Also, after some months of administering the plan, you may want to do a program evaluation to determine its effectiveness. You can also do a trend analysis to determine whether is there program abuse.
