Hi Prasanna, If you are more specific, I may be able to help you with the scheme. I’ve got 18yrs exp. in mfg line out of which 14yrs in trng. In trng also we come up with policies.

I do not know how effective it will be to reduce an employee's salary to 25% and then introduce a performance-based incentive for him. Most human beings are sensitive to this issue (salary), so should not management/HR consider this matter? Recently, this happened to my friend who works in a multi-specialty hospital as a cardiologist. He was earning a decent salary, but as part of the company's new HR policy, all doctors' salaries have been reduced by 25% to implement a new incentive system. My friend became upset and decided to resign, stating that he was already underpaid and the new rules would impact his financial planning.
