Hi Cite HR network Colleagues,
I am working with an IT concern in Immigration department, but i have a doubt that whether this IMMIGRATION comes under HR stream or not. I need your suggesstions and opinions about this.
And my major area of academic qualification is Business adminstration, my desire is to get into an HR stream, at this level i just want to confirm that whether this IMMIGRATION dept comes under HR stream or not....!
And also looking a suggestions like what would be the scope in working in IMMIGRATION team in an IT concern as a HR specialized person....!
Will it be a preferable field to ladder up my career in HR stream...!
