My management have decided to restructure our compensation,modify the components as per auto industry practices and to make it more tax friendly. In same regard i would like to know that if any of our forum member have worked for same with some reputed compensation consultancy like mercer, hewitt or hay and can help me with their experiences and their professional fee they charged.

Hi shilpi,
I think you can consult your CA first. I am he will be having good options to offer you. Agencies offers the same as a Good CA can as the heads under which you can componsate your employees are limited.
