Dear All HR Gurus,
I am in a fix .Please help me out ASAP.In my organisation which is the old one there was no provision for the PF & ESI. And now i have been given the work to open the salary account . in that way i have to do all the arrangements for the PF/ESI as well. But the problem is three employees are working for the last four years and no Pf has been paid till now.And one of them is getting 10000 but others are coming in the pf bracket. so show me the way to execute it.

how many employees are there?"

where is the location of workplace?

We are registered as per factory act & all required act.And we started from kolkata but the prblem is , in mumbai we have marketing office & the pf amount was not paid since long time of mumbai employees.But now we want to do all the provisions of pf for all employees.
