Hello Folks,
I am a consultant by profession. I am pretty new in this industry and have been facing some difficulty in closing off recruitment mandates with new clients. Whenever I approach them I am kind of not able to strike off any deal with them and end up only sending my company's profile and waiting for their revert. (which never happens :()
Is there any basic thumb rule that I need to follow to ensure getting some business from most of these corporates.
