I saw a post in the forum that the citeHR members of PUNE are planning to meet somewhere! It is a great idea!
I feel we citehr Hyderabad members too should meet some day which is convenient to all. This will really help us :
- To meet and know each other
- Discuss, help each other in case of any problems
- Common issues discussions and solutions

Its a great idea to have a get together!! As all topics of HR can not be discussed in a day, let us decide few imp topics to be discussed on trial basis!!! Any way let us see the openions of all other citeHR members!!

Great Idea man, I was looking for this. You can be rest assured of all help from me, regarding the logistics also.
Go ahead, and plan the event. This must be a success, so plan the event on a date little farer, to make it comfortable to everybody.

Its the best thing prabhakar... Lets start by collecting mail ids where all the HR from hyderabad can be intimated. I can take the initiative of collecting and Informing about the date and venue. Try to keep a later date because many of them may miss this post and wont be knowing about the Meet.

Hi Hyderabad forum guys,
Thanks a lot for the zooming response.
Many people have responded with their personal mail IDs, may I request others also to give their personal/official mails IDs (and contact numbers too) which they see on real-time basis.
I will be sending a common mailer to all if personal ids are given.
We also need to prepare a Volunteers list (ex, Agenda, Games, Logistics, A-Z organizer etc)
I propose the following :
- Date & Time : 02nd Sep'06 (Sat) from 730pm onwards (if rain wont play a spoilsport)
- Venue : Ideally Country Club. You can suggest something else too. Since Country Club is in the heart of city I thought of it.
- Eligibility : Strictly for the members (Since this being the first time, should not be too chaotic. Next meeting we can have spouses and others)
- Agenda : Will follow asap (people can suggest something)
- Dress Code : Casuals
- Contribution : Will discuss
We need to finalise the date and venue asap to book the venue well in advance.
Please let me know if any thoughts or ideas which can populate our entire programme.
