This is a good query you have posted. Housing is a critical matter in Dubai and specially in Abu Dhabi. I am defently interested to know what other companies are having a protoype for Housing Policy.

Hi,
Housing policies vary from Company to Company and are not always with the current market trend. This is of course one of the biggest challenges we are facing at the moment in retaining the existing 'cream' amongst the employees and also in sourcing new talented and experienced employees.
As a reference I am attaching some market reports which were published by real estate market research firm ASTECO for both Abu Dhabi and Dubai which may be of some help to you in framing the housing policy.
