Hi,
I am HR Executive in chemical firm, i had a problem with salary designing of one of our category. i.e. we have housekeepers in our office and this month only we have confirmed them before we were paying them Rs.2000/- per month as per our consultant's advise. But now we want to redeisgn their salary as per the Minimum wages act, 2008.
!) what should be their salary and break up of their salary with pf and esic deduction details ?
Plz help me.
