I think, IR means Industrial Relation's.
The Indian Contract Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Factories Act, Minimun Wages Act, Labour Law's. such Act's cover the all information about the Industrial Relation's. and off course the Act's which includes Intellectual Property Right's also imp.
IR means nothing but relation's between Companies, employee's, employer's with each other. You have to just study such Laws which are based on these relation's.
