Dear Sir/Madam,
i am bala,
I my organization my md was not interested to collect the supportive documents for tds in salary,
when we putting salary straight away we are deduction tds
in the salary every month,(total deduction divided by 12months)
But the employees all are asking to reduce the tds by using
the supportive documents like lic and mediclaim .......
How i can solved this problem, (md instruction = employee satisfaction)
If there is any circular and ammendment issued by the income tax department for the employer to collect the supportive documents from the employee, please forward to me i will show to my md and solve this problem.
Please do the needful as early as possible.
