Hi All,
The subject of EXIT INTERVIEW dealt well.
I ' d like other memebers also to gv their opinion on the REAL value of such interview for the organisation.
# Is not Exit Interview just aritual? a Post-mortem?
#Leaving employee also does not bother to gv real reason for Leaving, how many of them write about their Bosses, but for them they leave.
# Does not a company know his Pay-pkg is inferior to Company B, where this employee has joined?
There could be many other points one can Highlight.
How about a "Stay Interview", real feedback about Policy shortcomings/Boss-treatment issues may come into limelight if the proper purpose of such interview is highlighted to all.
Let's have a healthy debate.

To my mind an exit interview is a complete waste of everyone's time. The company aren't going to change because somebody says they don't like it...The interviewee isn't going to tell the truth because he needs a reference and still has friends working there.
