I am preparing a reserach paper on "Interaction Between Culture and Motivation in the Era of Global Organizations".
For the above topic , i have prepared two questionnaires, first questionnaire is On Traditional and Innovative Motivational Practices is for Pilot study and the other is an Instrument developed by Udai Pareek on Motivational Analysis for Organization -Climate (MAO-C).
I would also like to know your views and hence i wish that you could plz fill up the attached questionnaires and send them to me on this mail itself.or on
