Hi.... If anybody can help me sort my PF issue From 21st January 2007 till 3/8/07 I was working with co. called Brainmatics , a div of CTR Mfg. Ind. Ltd. During this tenure CTR was financing Brainmatics to pay the employees salary & to purchsae the invetory etc... Brainmatics & CTR got dispute in aug 2007... we got transfer letter from Mumbai to Aurangabad... as an emplyee we refuse that & put up resign letter. Now we got our salary till 31st July 2007, but not August 2007, Our Medical. LTA & PF is still under dispute with the company. Now as per leagal terms CTR Dedcut my PF Of 900 during this tenure.... But becasue of their internal dispute with director Awadhesh Kumar, Rishikesh Sapre, gaurav nagori & Vivek Singal they hold our salary, PF, sattlement etc... I worked with Brainmatics till February 2008 & recently joined HDFC SLIC. I month of march 2008 I have wrote letter to CTR to transfer my PF so I need EPF account no.... but they are refusing...not directly... want me to send PF transfer form to them & they will do the transfer formalities... But my present employer is not ready to sign the PF transfer form Without knowing following information i.e. 1. My last day of working still i m confuse as my sattlement is pending 2. My EPF account no. Our Past Directors Awadhesh Kumar, Rishikesh Sapre, gaurav nagori & Vivek Singal is careless they are not interted to help us want us to cordiante directly with CTR & CTR is not responding on the same. Can u give your valuable feedback or comment on the same. Again one more problem... CTR is also not allowing me to withdraw the PF. Said it is against pF law. in my present co we have only PF & no pension fund... in that case what is condition... of windrawing of PF... can anybody help me to fight with the employer.... I have also submit my medical bill for reinmburshment in month of June 2007 to CTR but they sent me letter that they are not able to trase it out so send it again.... Dear Jayshree, Your statement is confusing please clarify the same on one side u r saying that u hv worked till till August, 2007 on the other side u r saying u hv worked till feb, 2008 which is correct.............. Never the less, it is total unethical on the part of the company to behave like this because as such why the employee is the suferer, when it is matter between the company. There is no other legal terms and condition about PF once you become a member of PF, it is legal binding on the company to deposit the PF, under th PF Act. Your present employer is very true in not signing the PF transfer form because it is a mandotatory requirement to mention the Previous employer PF number from which the PF accumulation has to be transfered to the new current account. It is only the Current employer who can get that form filled and process, not the previous employer. Hence you have to obtained the PF number from the previous employer at any cost. Than only you can be able to fill the PF transfer form. If they are not obliging then it means there is some serious descripancy in depositing the PF.

As suggested by Mr. Verma, please get the previous PF A/C No and date of releiving and send the form 13 to transfer your account through your present employer. Don't you have Pension Fund with the present employer? How is it possible?. If you are covered by PF you are automatically covered by Pension scheme also. The employer's contribution to the tune of 8.33 is suppose to be deposited in the pension fund only. Please check it up. Regards, Madhu.T.K

Dear Mrr. verma, thanx for your feedback... Let me solve yr confusion for working in CTR. From 21st January till 3 August 2007 i was working with BrainMatics (A division of CTR).... during this period CTR was paying our salary and dedcuting PF amount.... having sal slip (but no PF no is mentioned on the same) on 3rd august we have resigned due to director's dispute and we have joined Brainmatics Solutions Pvt Ltd. till 11th Feb 2008. (salary was paid by BM no pF was alloted as employee was less than 20) I agree that as per law non of the company can hold PF..... but at present actually they are doing and not givingg me information or allowing me either withdraw or to transfer PF for both condition I need to know few details like: 1 date of leaving service 2. address 3. PF no etc... which CTR are is not clarifing the above details..... I can't fwd the form with incomplete inormation.... whom should i cath, who will sove this issue.... or I should forget money.....
