this is a good way of employee reward indeed..there is another service called "gift mate"..its easy to introduce this in your company...just talk to their corporate sales guys..
but the most difficult part is to devise ways, indices. parameters, point system..on the basis of which employees earn point which can later be redeemed for gifts..
