1) Human Capital ROI (measures the return on capital invested in pay and benefits)
2) Human Capital Cost (measures average amount paid by the company to per employee)
3) Human Economic Value Added (measure value added per employee in economic terms)

Nice working., i would like to know few things, like i am in to Hospitality Industry........so how can i use this format......coz all the figures will not be share with us as well some figures are only on the papaers........!!!!

the formula setting has missed the blankets. Human captial ROI = (Revenue - Expenses) / Manpower Cost. same in Human Economic value added
