hai all, I just want to know what is the difference between HR Manager(operation) and operation manager. what is the major work difference between them.

A HR Manager operations is responsible for all the operational activities in the HR function which may include but not limited to -
Handling Recruitments, Leave and Attendance, Employee Grievances, MIS, basically day to day HR operations
Where as Manager Operations is a much wider role which includes heading the a whole lot of business operations, administration, HR can also fall under a operations manager
