Hi ,to all the senior member of CiteHR.I have just joined in as a member a day back.Actually i have joined a Construction company recently.My job profile there consists checking correspondence with the government departments which provide us with contracts of constructing roads etc.I want to know what is the correct format of a letter when corresponding with government departments.
