Dear Sirs - Ours is a larger automobile dealership network in Bihar. In view of the fast attrition rate in the company, we wish to enter into legal bond with the new joinees, especially in case of GMs/SMs etc, not to quit without serving us for a minimum period of 1-2 years or so. Now I request you to help me with a sample legal employment bond draft with all the relevant & required details which we can be signed by the prospective employees.

What is significance of legal bond when bond itself is illegal. That also when you appoint GM and other managerial personnel, it is expected that they should have a certain levels of skills, education and experience level. As such you cannot even enforce a training bond which can be made in the case of freshers to an extent, that is, to the extent of training cost incurred exclusively to the trainee concerned. Therefore, instead of having a bond, make a study of what is wrong with the organisation due to which there is high attrition and then find a solution for that.
