Sir: This is an instruction given by CPFC New Delhi to the subordinate offices (RPFCs) to strive for transferring all high court cases filed by exempted trust member against its circular of 31.05.17. In the meanwhile the pension continues to be same as hiherto before for the exempted trust members.
