Sir I worked in an organisation from 1.4.1994 and joined Pension Scheme from Nov 1995. On 31.5.2019 i got retired from the organisation. The Basic Salary from 1995 to 1999 was Rs 5500/-, from 1999 to 2004 it was 6500/- from 2004 to 2008 it was 7500/- from 2009 to 2012 it was Rs. 8000/- from 2012 to 2014 it was Rs. 8500/- from 2014 to 2015 it was 9000/-from 2015-18 it was Rs. 15000/- and currently it is Rs 16000/-. Please how the average salary will be calculated for the purpose of pension calculation?
