hello seniors,
i just got an appointment for the interview from a company named nest software solution,for hr executive i am an fresher and i googled up about the company and didn't got the home page when i asked the reception they told me to walk in to the organization @ time of interview and at that time they will give the info..i am worried whether its a fake company cause why cant they reveal there website?is it a fake company and its situated at coimbatore please help...

you can give interview ,,,etc ,,,go to there office ,,
but dont give any money ,,,
even if they say 10 ruppee for stamp ,
dont even give that ,,
but if you live away from coimbtore ,,,
then i think no need,

Many small Companies dont have their website, so nothing much to worry about.
You can once go for the interview & get info about the company as well.Going there once doesn't mean you are supposed to join, so whats harm in going once(if its not far from your place)
If you get a good profile & Company is good , you can even join there for the time being(if you are actively seeking & in need) and than can change, when you get a good opprtunity

Well I agree that many small companies dont have their websites but if at all you have to relocate for this position, I think its not worth joining. What if it shuts its operations in Coimbatore. On the other hand, if you reside in the same city, there is no harm in joining the company as you are a fresher and would atleast get industrial exposure.

my company is 12 years old but we got our website just 4 yrs back, so it doesnt link to stability of the company, when u will go for interview just try to have a look around is company have any registrations done, for example, the companies comimg under shops & establishment act has to display its certificate on entrance or at reception etc. so just try to get more & more informnation about the company, as u r fresher it doesnt matter much for a brand name. however website may be under construction or reception people are not well trained or something, try to search on net as much as possible.

Irrespective of the fact whether the Company is fake or not every candidate should go for a physical interview.
If the candidate has genuine knowledge and experience, he/she should also be able to judge about the health of the company interms of his/her field of job.
As per my experience goes, there are companies which are very weak in some of the fields, and working in such company is hell of a thing, no matter the company is the number one or so in over all rating.

Hi Akhil, why you taking it so seriously.. If you cudnt reached the web home page then can visit them as they asked you or other members have suggested you or else you need to apply for more jobs. Dont rely on this single job and taking it seriously. This is not the only one job that you can go with but have numbers of option are waiting for your in the market.
