Hello Everyone, Hope everyone is keeping well. I have to complete a project in HR "Employee retention in private sector". Please share some guidelines about:
- How to approach a company about the project, If no company is available due to Covid-19 (for primary data), can a project be done with information available(secondary data) on the internet? At a later situation, I will have no questionnaire to send to employees.
- Can the information (primary and secondary data both) in projects reports posted online by other students be considered?
- Is it necessary to choose a company to be based in the same location/city/state where the project is done?
- Should all the information be written in own language? (so I can allocate required)
I would appreciate any insight and your time for replying.
