Hey I wanted to know why, These HR application software's provide the admin to apply leave requests to other users or their reporters.
Lets see a scenario when there is a rift between manager and the user, if the manager what to settle his difference, he can able to apply leave and can able to reduce the users leave balance since the manager can able to apply leave and approve leave requests. Also in a scenario when a manager and user is in a good relationship if the user what to use this relationship to exempt from applying fake leave requests when the manager approves it. Why it is in all applications.
I can understand in some situation the user are not mobile nor web user so that the manager can able to access their leave requests
