Hi all, I am Debu, professional singer from Delhi. I joined this group some 8-9 years ago and I was working in NVOCC (Export / Shipping) in Mumbai then. Got tremendous help from the citehr members then though I was never interactive in forums.
I am in Delhi since 2012 and since then I am professionally doing singing. Let me tell you frankly I am a very introvert type of person and don't interact that much with my clients often (after the show) but still doing fine in singing (far better than my earlier shipping job).
But now I am thinking that I can expand my business if I try to be little interactive with my present clients. Please advise
I need your help in this regard again. Please tell me how can I keep track of call records (like whom to call when and whom to meet when, time management etc) and any other related help/tips
Thank you in advance. sending a youtube link of my live performance for all your entertainment

Dear Debu,
Recently there was discussion on being introvert. I have given long reply to this query. Click the following link to refer it:

By the way what you need to master is selling skills. Networking skills are supporting skills to selling skills. What if you build the network but sale does not happen? Will you be able to grow your business? Mastering selling skills are important as these skills will teach you how to sale your services even to the unknown persons or those who are out of your network.
Thanks,

Hi Debu,
I can fully empathize with the mindset you are in and limitations you feel.
Frankly speaking, what you are asking is not Rocket Science. Its all about mindset. We all make some kind of mental blocks around us which prohibit us from interacting with us.
I am sure if you can sing so good you can speak as well. I have done small small sessions like this in past to help people understand there 'Fear', 'Mindset or mental Block' and how to come out of it.
Let me know if I can be of any help to you,
Regards,
